Whole-Home Renovations in Snellville

Every room on one scope and one schedule: layouts reworked, aging systems updated, finishes carried through, and any surprise priced in writing before it's built.

More Walls Open, More Decisions

A whole-home renovation touches more of the house than any other project, so it turns up more surprises: old wiring, patched framing, a drain line someone ran the hard way. That's normal. What matters is that each one reaches you as a written change order to approve, not as a line on the last bill.

We organize the work so trades follow each other in a sensible order, and so the rooms you're still using stay protected.

What the Work Covers

  • Layout Changes

Walls moved or removed to open up rooms, with the framing and any structural support the new layout requires, all spelled out in the written scope.

  • System Updates Within the Scope

Rewiring, moved drains and new ductwork that the new layout depends on are part of the same contract, so you're never hiring a separate crew on the side.

  • Finishes Throughout

Drywall, trim, paint, cabinets and tile carried through every room in the plan, so the house reads as one finished project instead of a set of patches.

  • Kitchens and Baths Inside the Plan

When the renovation includes a kitchen or bathroom, those rooms are scheduled within the larger job rather than tacked on once everything else is done.

Decide These Before You Sign

  • Staying or Moving Out

Living at home through a full renovation is workable on some jobs and miserable on others. We talk through which rooms stay usable and when, so you can make the call.

  • Where the Budget Goes

Moving walls, drains and gas lines costs more than keeping them. Knowing which layout changes matter most to you keeps the scope realistic from the start.

  • A Cushion for Surprises

Older houses almost always reveal something once walls open. Setting money aside for change orders means a surprise turns into a decision rather than a strain.

Whole-House What-Ifs

What's the timeline for renovating a whole house?

Usually several months, depending on how many rooms are involved, whether walls move and how long materials take to arrive. Your written schedule lays out the stages, and any change order notes its effect on the dates.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Sometimes. If a working bathroom and some kind of kitchen can stay usable, many families stay put. We seal off work areas and clean daily, and we'll say so plainly if moving out would be easier.
